Premier Houseboats is pleased to present this truly unique vessel. The photos really do not do it justice - this is one boat that you really do need to see to appreciate the highly professional fit out. This was going to be the owners own boat and he was just going to take off and cruise but as what sometimes can happen his cicumstances changed hence the selling of this one. The hull was originally built in a pusher tug form in 1998 and then just left until the owner bought it, lengthened it and fitted her out. Powered by a very clean Ford Mermaid 4D engine 65hp with a PRM Gearbox 4:1 on a 2 3/4 shaft. Hydraulic steering with single lever control makes cruising a pleasure. Water tight bulkhead separates the engine room from the main accommodation which is wheelhouse with seating, windows all round leading to galley with lots of cupboards and work surfaces and with full size cooker, fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer and if you took one of the cupboards out you will find everything you need to plumb in your washing machine. Forward of galley is the light and airy living area with boatman solid fuel stoveand then forward again bathroom with full size shower, Jabsco Deluxe toilet with holding tank and wash hand basin.Then the bedroom with fixed double bed, wardrobes and ample cupboards. Spotlights in ceiling throughout. Hot air radiators behind linings. This boat is so well insulated that even on a very hot day the inside of the boat does not get over hot. Safety certificate July 2012 and HULL SURVEY dated 29th May 2007. If you wanted a unique boat which is easy to cruise and large enough for a couple to live on comfortably then this truly is the boat for you. This definately is an eye catcher!!!
