MAIN DECK
Entering the saloon through the aft doors,
there is a bar with stools to starboard
and a little settee to port. Further
forward is a bigger sofa amidships,
followed by the spacious dining area with
day head.
The galley is situated further forward to
port behind the stairs to the lower deck.
The forward full width master cabin has a
centered king size bed, a two seater sofa,
wardrobe and stairs that lead to an en-
suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, which is
situated on the lower deck.

LOWER DECK
Aft of the master bathroom is the full
width VIP guest cabin with double bed,
sofa and en-suite bathroom.
The VIP cabin is followed by the starboard
twin guest cabin with en-suite bathroom
and a double guest cabin, also with en-
suite bathroom to port.
The crew mess has their own entrances on
aft deck. There is one small seating area
and a crew galley amidships as well as a
double cabin and a twin cabin - both with
en-suite bathrooms.

BROKERS COMMENTS
This 2001 model Elegance 95 was built by
Horizon Yachts under Norske Veritas in
2000 and has incredible volume which is highly
superior to most 100 footers. At deck level she has an
outstanding split level open plan master cabin with
Jacuzzi bath and hydro massage shower, a highly
practical galley also at deck level plus a high quality
crew area which sleeps four in two cabins with own
galley, dinette and private access aft. Her flybridge
hosts a wonderful Jacuzzi, hard top dining area and is
extremely well designed and spacious. With a range of
1000nm at 10knots, for her category, she must surely
be the best buy in the Med at the moment. Having
sold her to her current owner we can honestly say that
she is in excellent condition all round and is fully
serviced and ready to go!
