A single glazed wooden door in the rear port corner of the saloon gives access to the galley which benefits from fully fitted units,washing machine,fridge,tumble drier,gas cooker(new to be fitted) off the galley is a small study area and a Kabola diesel fired central heating boiler and a single radiator/clothes drier.there is then a corridor running along the starboard side of the vessel off which is the main cabin with a full double bed and bedside cabinet,walk in fitted wardrobe, bookshelf & radiator.The bathroom has an attractive kidney shaped bath, shower unit, sea toilet(to holding tank) a wash hand basin fitted into a vanity unit,towel/rail/radiator wood laminate flooring.at the end of the corridor is the second bedroon(cabin) with a fitted single bed with storage cupboards underneath book shelves,radiator. Engine room with Nanni diesel engine,Newage gearbox twin batteries.calorifer 240v consumer unit, electrical panel with Xcell inverter 12v charging system with Driftgate splitter and Powergen unit.double doors onto small stern deck with tiller and 240v hook up point. the vessel has tongue and groove ceiling throughout with recessed lighting,and wood panelled walls.
