General Description

When the brand Nordhavn is mentioned in the boating world it is known that the vessel represents a build that is of the finest quality with a no compromise attitude right from the start . They simply are the best in their field . The Nordhavn will take your across any ocean any where in the world.
The opportunity now exists to own this beautiful well priced 2004 Nordhavn 57 in a time when fuel efficiency and range is at the highest consideration for builders and owners alike . Nordhavn has been construction and designing for over 30 years and has always built proper ocean going yachts to the highest levels of quality and durability.

The 57 does not follow the more commercial lines of the 46 and 62 it actually is styled to be more contemporary with lines that will grace the world s finest marinas and yacht clubs. With a range of over 3,000 nautical miles, the 57 is designed to take her owner and crew wherever they desire in style. Beautifully handcrafted by the world s finest shipwrights, her modern, contemporary look provides spacious, luxurious accommodations, yet she maintains a sense of serious determination that will endear her to the most salty traditionalist.

Appreciating the needs of today s time conscious owner, P.A.E. worked even further on improving the upper speed range of the 57. With the help of extensive tank testing, the hull design was refined to include the utilization of a parabolic shaped bulbous bow, full sections aft, and a stern which minimizes drag-inducing suction at higher speeds. The results were significant gains in efficiency, allowing the boat to run easily at the S/L of l.5, or approximately 11.5 knots.

The accommodation compromises of 3 cabins in teak with a central master having its own ensuite and separate shower. The twin cabin and double guest cabin share a central ensuite with separate shower stall.

Nordhavn yachts are very quiet whilst under way . Typically 62DB is experienced which makes conversations a civilized affair and takes onboard comfort to new levels. Add to this active stabilization and an engine room where everything is accessible , well lit ,with standing headroom and you have a vessel that is a pleasure to sail and a pleasure to check when underway. The galley and soloon are integrated with all of the finest appliances and entertainment systems that only add to the skin deep quality of this displacement yacht. The pilot house is a fantastic position on board for full climate controlled cruising. Access to the large fly bridge is either from the aft cock pit or from the internal pilot house. This area also allows access to the accommodation via a semi spiral stair case.

The features and benefits of this high quality vessel built for the sea are in abundance. We invite you to enquire and investigate further on this Nordhavn 57 with Lee Marine today.
