General Description

It is time for the owner to become land based and all offers on this Davidson 36 will be considered.
This yacht comes from the drawing board of Laurie Davidson who is a famous and well respected designer from New Zealand . The Davidson resume reads amazingly and to give you an idea of his talent he has designed many of the worlds fastest yachts ie New Zealand's AC Black Boat and the super maxi After Shock .

This Davidson 36 while nothing like After Shock or the Black Boat will suit a cruising couple or small family that would like a design with great living accommodation and longitudinal galley with excellent bench space and usability.

The fwd V berth is a well sized double with a large hatch above. The shower and head is suitably well sized. Teak Holly sole and teak trim are a welcomed nautical touch . The galley , salon and navigation station really sets the vessel apart from other yachts in the class. Adjoining the navigation station and near the companionway is a well positioned single berth which is mirrored on the starboard side. The whole interior has excellent hanging and storage space in which the finishing is in sold teak.

On deck the cockpit is also another sizable very user friendly space covered by a bimni and dodger with a small cockpit table. The mainsheet is removable to free up even more space in this area. Dingy davits are a convenient feature and the solar panels are situated on a stainless steel targa arch along with the wind generator . A small teak transome platform has been installed to make boarding easier.
