General Description

Occasionally we come across a yacht that is in exceptional condition for her age and this Fountain Pajot Belize 43 is certainly in that category. This boat was primarily used as a liveaboard since her arrival from the factory in Dec 2002 until 2006, the current owners then bought her and spent some time getting her ready for their voyage from Hong Kong to Thailand in Jan 2007. Before leaving the owners spared no expense in getting the boat prepared and installed a new generator, 10' Furuno chartplotter/radar, spectra halyards, new blocks and jammers etc to name just a few items.
This Belize is the â�Maestro' version which offers the strb hull as the owner's quarters and contains a large double berth aft great storage and hanging space, a comfortable lounge and small desk which is a handy little office area. The fwd area is the large ensuite head which has a full shower electric head and washing machine. All the upholstery throughout the yacht is covered in the alcantara material which is like new as they have always been covered. The port hull offers two guest cabins fwd and aft with a head midships. The main salon, nav station and galley are all on the bridge deck level and the large sliding glass doors that open this area out to the huge cockpit give the boat an open plan feel.
