General Description

The Jouet 1280 ketch has a very fine reputation as a solidly built cruiser and has a layout that is ideal for a cruising couple with or without kids. Two large comfortable en suite cabins with tons of headroom and a huge saloon / galley.

This ketch is a center cockpit version with permanent bimini and also an aft cockpit that makes a great space for either storage or seating that is out of the way of all sail handling gear. Transom davits store the tender and big deck lockers provide good space for all your cruising necessities. Refridgeration sytem is large and well thougt out. Definitely a big consideration when living aboard in the tropics. Another recent addition is the opening ports around the saloon which allow great ventilation and keep the yacht very cool under her covers.
