General Description

The Rinker 342 Fiesta Vee is a family weekender with room, style, and performance. She has lots of cockpit seating and a spacious mid-cabin layout below.

The cockpit has ample seating beginning with a double-wide helm seat. The helm is well equipped with Garmin GPS, Furuno NavNet C-Map/NT radar, Lowrance depth finder, and Danforth compass. Seating continues port side with a wrap-around companion lounge with more room aft with a transom bench seat. All that room means a lot of friends come along and there is a cockpit wet bar with ice maker, refrigerator, and blender to insure your guests are refreshed. Canvas includes a newer bimini, side curtains, and full camper rear canvas that brings the cockpit indoors for overnight stays on-board. Swimmers and divers will appreciate the transom door, large swim platform with ladder, and the transom shower. The swim platform is equipped with stainless steel St. Croix davits to hold the dinghy and is reinforced to handle the additional weight. A walk-through windshield provides easy access to the bow.

Below we find a large air conditioned salon with large u-shaped settee with dinette table to starboard and a full service galley to port. The L-shaped galley is designed to keep the crew well-fed and is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a bi-level solid surface countertop with stainless steel sink. Cay Sea is powered by twin high-performance 8.1L Mercruiser Horizon engines producing 425-hp each. They reach a top speed in the upper 30s.
