Largest boat in the Donzi fleet, the
39 ZSC is an expensive, high-powered sport
cruiser with the sleek and aggressive appearance
of a European import. The Donzi nameplate has
long been associated with performance, and the
39 combines the company's trademark go-fast
engineering with a level of creature comfort
never before seen in a Donzi. Built on a
steeped-hull deep-V bottom, the layout of the
39 ZSC, with its spacious cockpit and compact
interior, marks her as more dayboat than family
cruiser. Her lush cherrywood interior is
completely open and efficiently arranged with a
small sleeping berth to port (under the cockpit
seat), a rather elegant galley, enclosed head and
a long V-berth/dinette forward. The cockpit will
seat six adults around a high-low table, and
drop-down bolster seats at the helm and a
portside wet bar are standard. Aft, the power-
lift sunpad provides excellent access to the
engine compartment. Note that the bow is
reached via a walk-thru in the windshield.
There's even an optional TNT lift for a personal
watercraft. A fast
ride with twin 470-hp Mercruiser gas stern-
drives, the Donzi 39 ZSC will cruise at 35 knots
and top out at around 53 knots.
