General Description

In this floor plan, the owner's stateroom, with a walk around queen berth and a full 6'5" of headroom, is aft â�� a very unusual configuration indeed. The exterior styling is crisp and handsome, and the gracefully integrated bow platform is unique. This boat is built on a modified-V hull with prop pockets, which offer great protection for her wheels. A very experienced yachtsman, who spares no expense in her care or maintenance, owns â��Well Adjusted". The vessel is loaded with equipment, including a 6.5 Kohler generator with approximately 150-hours, Cruisair reverse cycle heat and air conditioning (16-000-BTU), fresh bottom paint in February 2005 and an automatic anchor windlass, just to mention a few items.
