General Description

ACCOMMODATIONS

This ship was designed and built for use as a polar commercial fishing vessel though it was never used for that purpose. In 1997 the owner refurbished the vessel and converted it to be used as a "home base" vessel for recreational divers. In doing so, the accommodations were re-arranged so that below decks, in addition to the owner's quarters, there are several luxurious double guest cabins each with its' own head and shower. There are 7 additional cabins, more modest in nature, but well eqiuipped with additional shower and head facilities available for the comfort of more guests and captain and crew. Relaxing or enjoying a meal prepared in the well equipped galley can take place in one large salon area or in one of two separate smaller salons. On deck there is a fully enclosed, spacious pilot house and for the safety of all aboard, there are 6 bulkheaded water tight compartments.
