General Description

Accommodations
This Large 37' boat sleeps 4 in two cabins. The forward cabin has v-berth with head and shower and there is a comforter and pilow included. Moving aft the salon is quite spacious with settees both port and starboard and a dinette to starboard. Moving aft to starboard down 1 step is the galley. On the port side is the wallkway to the aft cabin. The aft cabin features a queen athwartship berth, head and shower. The master stateroom has a new mattress. This boat is certainly very liveable. Comparable below deck living space will not be found in vessels of this size.

Galley
The galley is down on the starboard side of the entrance way. The 4 burner Magic Chef propane stove and oven are new.There is a Norcold dual voltage undercounter refrigerator and freezer and an additional icebox under the nav desk in the port side walkway. In additon to the hot water heater an instant hot water unit has been installed. The galley sink and faucets are new as are the faucets throughout the vessel.

Electronics
Electronics include a Simrad 245 Auto Pilot, Ritchie Compass, Garmin GPS, The depth sounder is on the GPS, Standard VHF radio, Handheld Sea Ranger VHF radio.

3 Batteries, Battery selector switch, Automatic Battery Charger, Dockside electrical cables, 12 volt and 110 volt electric systems.

Deck
Bow pulpit with rails, side stanchions with life lines, The canvas package on this vessel is terrific. A complete cockpit enclosure with eisenglass and screens. Canvas covers for the hatches,winches etc. Fiberglass decks, Fenders and lines, nav lights, electric windlass, electric dinghy davits, swim boarding ladder, propane stainless barbeque grill. New cockpit cushions.
