Patterned after the popular 4100 SCR, the Maxum 3700 is a design with value with an unusually spacious cabin for a 37'. She is built on a solid fiberglass hull with a modified –V hull with an integrated swim platform and moderate beam. The mid cabin interior of the 3700 SCR is essentially identical to the slightly larger 4100 SCR. A large and well equipped galley is to port, and the twin berths in the aft cabin easily convert into a queen bed. Headroom is a full 6' 4" in the main cabin and a circular shower stall is in the head. On deck the bi-level cockpit of the 3700 SCR comes with a doublewide helm seating area, wet bar, transom door, and an aft lounge area that converts to a Sunpad. Twin 225 HP 7.4 Horizons inboard V drives provide a cruise of 18 knots and a top end of 26 knots.
