General Description

Accommodations
Separate aft cabin with two single berths and head; Teak cockpit next forward with wheel to port. Access to engine either through teak cockpit sole or through hatch behind main saloon ladder. Main saloon has galley to starboard; Dinette to port. Head and shower next to port with hanging locker opposite. Large double berth forward to starboard with drawers under. Chain locker forward.

Additional
Some joiner work in the main saloon needs to be completed where the windows were replaced. Built in refrigerator has been removed and requires a replacement. The hull is solid teak and has been out of the water for about ten years. Planking is very good, however, it should be recaulked before launching. The diesel engine has been completely rebuilt and has 15 hours. The masts have been destroyed. New masts and rigging are also required.
