General Description

447 Norseman 1984 Center Cockpit Cutter designed by Bob Perry and built to the highest standards by the Ta Shing yard. Powered by 61HP Lehman FWC diesel with 4KW Entec generator. Furling main & genoa, with staysail on removable pelican hook, plus cruising spinnaker. Marine electronics include Raytheon radar, new Alpha autopilot, B&G sail instruments, GPS, SSB, VHF and more. Custom stainless arch. Dodger with bimini and full cockpit enclosure. Electric windlass, watermaker, Apex 9'9" hard bottom dinghy and 2.2 Mariner outboard makes this vessel ready to go.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The interior incorporates the finest degree of custom furniture and cabinetry. Interior woods are of the finest flawless grain teak, cedar & holly. Cabin sole is 1/2" solid teak & holly, and all hanging lockers are cedar lined with heat & lights. All berths, lockers, settees, and heads have heat from Webasto 40,000BTU DB2010 diesel fired hot water re-circulating system throughout the interior. This can be used as a back up hot water heater. Aft of the chain locker in the forepeak, is a large V berth w/stowage below, hanging locker to starboard, and enclosed head to port. Head has wash basin w/H&C pressure water, shower, marine toilet, cabinet & mirror. Large hanging locker to starboard. Salon has U shaped settee to port and single settee which hinges to up down pilot berths. There are shelves and storage lockers outboard P&S. Galley is to port of companionway, with navigation area opposite to starboard. Nav area has swivel seat, followed by wet locker. The passageway to the owner's aft cabin follows, and has engine access inboard and generator and a tool storage locker outboard. Full width aft cabin features queen size berth on center, stowage P&S, two hanging lockers, and adjoining enclosed head to port. Head has separate stall shower, wash basin, marine toilet, cabinet & mirror. Companionway is on center, five steps up to oval cockpit. There are cabin lights throughout the interior, and bullet reading lights over berths.

GALLEY:
U shape wrap around galley is to port of companionway. There is abundant counter and storage area. Mariner 3 burner stainless stove & oven, Sharp Carosel microwave oven, Crosby cold plate top & front loading refrigerator, Crosby cold plate freezer, Double stainless sinks w/pressure H&C water.
