The Carver 28 is what a lot of people mean when they talk about a â��lot of boat for the money." The Voyager features the popular lower helm, with plenty of seating in the salon. The head compartments are surprisingly large, and the cockpit is roomy enough to handle a couple of deck chairs or light-tackle anglers. The flybridge on this boat is huge with seating for six and a table that converts into a full-width sun pad. Additional features include a bow pulpit, transom door, wide sidedecks and a swim platform. The 220HP Twin engines with V-drives will cruise the Carver 28 at 18 knots and reach 26-27 knots wide open.

Furthest forward is the chain locker followed aft by the V-berth area with an angled double berth (sleeps 2) to starboard. To port is a dressing area with vanity and sink, hanging locker and storage. Next, aft and up a couple of steps, is the salon, boasting 6' 3" headroom. On the port side is the lower helm station followed aft by the convertible dinette (sleeps 2) and then the head/shower. On the starboard side is a convertible settee (sleeping for two) followed by the galley. A pantry is across from the galley. Aft is the generous cockpit with engine room hatches, transom door, and the ladder to the flybridge, featuring full canvas enclosure. The upper helm is forward centerline and has a bench seat for two which inverts for increased seating. Aft of the upper helm station is the guest lounge with a cocktail table and bench seating.
