The Hampton 740 Pilothouse Yacht Fisher is the newest design in the Hampton fleet of Pilothouse Motor Yachts. Designed for safe, comfortable long range sport fishing, the 740 Yachtfisher will have a day head and secure rod storage. The interior is of the highest standards of custom cherry joiner work while the low matience exterior is all business for the serious long range sport fisherman. A stable ride is assured with standard Wesmar stabilizers, the modified V hull design and maximun strength is achieved by the solid fiberglass and Divinylcell cored "vacuum bag" construction technique. A pursuit of excellence for Hampton Yachts continues with the new 740 Pilothouse Yacht Fisherman. Each Hampton is designed and constructed for safe, comfortable cruising. She features exquisite custom joiner work in either teak or cherry. Powered with twin 800 hp Caterpillar 3406E engines, the expected cruise should be 20 knots. Standard equipment includes: 21.5kw gen set, bow thruster, washer/dryer, Vacu-flush toilets, air conditioning and more. This two stateroom with office, or three-stateroom design also offers a separate crew stateroom aft. The Euro-style transom has twin, curved steps leading to the spacious aft deck with full walk-arounds leading forward.
