General Description

BELLA DONNA II is an elegant example of its Hatteras heritage. In a world given to superlative excess where the mundane is describes as “classic" it is hard to describe a truly outstanding boat like this. The boat is entered through sliding teak doors on either side of the wheelhouse. One is immediately struck by her “designer feel". She is tastefully decorated with light and dark beiges, upscale fabrics & carpets and high gloss teak finish throughout. The full width salon is aft. It has a floor-to-ceiling mirror on the forward bulkhead giving the huge salon added depth. There is an L-shaped settee to port with two acrylic coffee tables and a fully entertainment center and wet bar to starboard. Aft is a glass-topped table with two beige high backed chairs to starboard and a wooden card table with four wicker/wood side chairs. The aft sundeck is accessed through teak doors from the salon. It is a great place to watch a sunset or handle docking lines. The four staterooms are accessed down a curved companionway from the starboard side of the wheelhouse. There are two staterooms forward with upper/lower twin berths and a private head compartment for each. The walk-in mid-ship engine rooms are accessed from either side of the companionway. The full width master cabin is aft with a centerline queen berth, large drawer storage dressers port & starboard, vanity w/chair, walk-in cedar-lined closet and a private head compartment featuring a tub/shower. The VIP cabin is forward of the master to port and has twin berths, closet, TV and access to the full guest head across the companionway. The bridge is accessed up a teak ladder in the wheelhouse. The back of the bridge is open with a round white plastic whicker table with six side chairs and a settee adjacent to port. There is a Zodiac dinghy w/50-hp OB aft and a Nautical Structures davit. The upper station has a full compliment of modern navigational aids including Furuno 48 mile radar, Northstar 951X GPS and Simrad Autopilot AP300. The lower wheelhouse station has a flat screen computer navigational system, Northstar 951X, Simrad Autopilot AP300, Raystar 390 GPS and Furuno 72 mile color radar. This beautiful boat is loaded with options and upgrades including Westmar bow thruster, Niaid stabilizers, Flo Scan system, Glendenning engine synchronizer, Track KIVIH TV, windless, seven Cruiseaire A/C systems and much, much more. Salon

The full width salon is huge. Like everything else on this lovely vessel it has a "designer feel" with complimentary light and dark beiges and tasteful furniture and decorations. The room has a light beige rug w/runner, dark beige cornices & drapes and cream Venetian blinds. The forward bulkhead has a floor to ceiling mirror, which adds depth to the room. Forward in the salon to starboard is a large L-shaped sofa with coordinated throw pillows and two acrylic coffee tables. There is also a black lacquer table beside the settee with a dark wood insert and a striking coral based lamp. Adjacent to port is an entertainment center and wet bar w/large Scotsman ice machine & liquor storage. The entertainment center has a JVC VCR, Toshiba DVD, JVC tuner, Panasonic Satellite TV. Just aft to port is a wooden three-drawer chest with a hand painted nautical scene on the front. There is a glass top table aft to port with two high backed cloth chairs. Adjacent to starboard is wooden table with four wicker/wood chairs.

Galley

The vessel has the much sought after "galley up" design with a high-gloss varnished parquet floor. It is just aft of the wheelhouse and forward of the salon. The galley is equipped to feed an army with all new appliances. There is a GE side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, Kitchen Aide stove with 4-burner cooktop & thermal convection oven, Hotpoint microwave, Krups Expresso machine, Blender and large fiberglass sink w/garbage disposal. Adjacent to port is the large C-shaped dinette with tasteful beige cushions, drapes and an off-white fiberglass table.

Below Deck Layout

The accommodations and engine room are accessed from the port side of the wheelhouse down a three step curved companionway. There are carpet runners on the companionway steps and aft to the guest staterooms. Immediately to port is a built-in desk with a secretary chair, two-shelf bookcase and a wine rack. There is a forward guest cabin and a second guest cabin just aft of the forward cabin. Aft, forward of the engine room to starboard is separate washer & dryer. Further aft is a large linen closet. The walk-in engine rooms are a mid-ship and access on either side of the companionway. The master cabin is aft. Just forward of the master cabin is the VIP stateroom. The generators are below a hatch in the companionway adjacent to the built-in desk.

Master Stateroom

The huge full width master stateroom is aft and features a walk-around queen berth with designer spread and complimentary drapes, carpet and blinds. There are built-in bedside tables, vanity w/vanity lighting around mirror, walk-in cedar lined closet, full length mirror, Panasonic TV/VCR and an a private head compartment with a tub/shower, head and a large counter with sink. There is plenty of drawer storage port and starboard.

VIP Stateroom

The VIP Stateroom is forward of the master cabin closet to starboard. It has twin beds, built-in bedside table w/lamp, large cedar lined closet, reading lights, Phillips TV, overhead cabinet storage forward, under berth drawer storage and access to a full head compartment across the companionway. The head compartment has a porcelain head, vanity with sink, mirror & storage and a separate stall shower. This head is also used as a day-head for guests.

Forward Guest Stateroom

The forward guest stateroom has port side upper and lower twin berths, dresser w/drawer storage, RCA TV, full length mirror, reading lights and a private head compartment with a separate stall shower.

Wheelhouse

The spacious wheelhouse can be accessed through sliding teak doors port and starboard or from the galley. There is a beige captain's bench settee, rich high gloss teak parquet floor, teak ladder to bridge and a full compliment of modern electronics & controls. These include:

Aft Deck

The aft deck is accessed throught two teak doors from the salon or up a teak stepped SS ladder from the swim platform. There are SS fender holders and chairs port & starboard. The aft deck has a high-gloss teak rail all around. It is great for handling lines or just relaxing to watch a sunset.
