General Description

Every so often a yacht comes along that encompasses self sufficiency, style and functionality. Built to strict New Zealand environmental specifications, Cat 1 , ABS and Lloyds of London standards this is one such vessel.
She was designed for short handed sailing with an ability to carry 6 guests in absolute comfort. The captain is very spoilt on the yacht with the protection of a fully enclosed pilot house or the exterior helm position offering a cockpit for seating or the protection from the sea. Another feature is the ability to reef the new main at a flick of a switch.

A large aft deck with seating for 6 make outside dining a pleasure.

She was designed to go to sea in comfort for long periods. Her interior finish is mahogany , stainless steel commercial grade galley bench tops set around a dual sink with mixer giver her a modern touch. A flat screen computer, DVD , MP3 player, new washer dryer and water maker powered by a new 9.5kw genset allow you to take the comforts of home with you.

Her 3 cabin accommodation is generous with the aft master cabin having its own ensuite . The two bathrooms on board have domestics heads and are finished to a clean, perfect commercial standard throughout.

The electronics have been upgraded in 2001 some of these items include a rewire ,GPS ,wind instruments, steering compass x 2 ,VHF , HF,weather fax and autopilot. She can handle 220v,110v,24v and 12 v systems. Her engine room resembles a work shop and provides excellent access to her well thought out mechanics.The only original item in the engine room is the main engine that was over hauled in 2003 and currently has 500hrs since.

She under went a major refit between 1997 and 2001 this included a new epoxy finish . The top sides were also repainted .

She has new inmast furling, furling genoa, furling cutter and a spinnaker in a sock.

The owners have put much effort into her and the finished product is a credit to them.
