General Description

The Gulfstar 38 is one of the most spacious yachts in its size range. It has two staterooms, two heads and the galley down configuration. The sun deck is the largest room on the boat and is fully enclosed with detachable screens (new 2005).

Forward is LEGACY'S guest stateroom with full size berth to starboard (new custom foam mattress 2005) with drawers under. To port is a large hanging locker with seat under and also a desk with storage under. To starboard aft of the berth is an ensuite head with shower and Jabsco electric toilet.

Aft of the forward cabin is the dinette to starboard which converts to a double berth with storage under and shelving outboard. To port is the galley with double sink and storage under. Outboard is a Princess 3-burner electric range with rotisserie (burners replaced 2005), a microwave above, 3 drawers, and storage above. On the forward bulkhead is a Norcold refrigerator/freezer and more storage. All water is filtered through a full house system.
Up 3 steps is the salon which has a custom couch/berth. Also a lower steering station and fold down desk/chart table. Up 3 steps to the enclosed sundeck with hardtop and new canvas w/removable screens (new 2005).

The aft cabin is down 3 steps with custom linen stowage to starboard and pantry to port in the passageway. The master stateroom which is full beam has a queen berth to port (new custom foam mattress 2006). On the port side is a desk and large hanging locker. The ensuite head features a tub with shower and a Galley maid electric toilet. The bridge deck is spacious with a lounge seat to port and aft of the captains chair and a lounge seat on the deck above. The bridge deck is also fully enclosed with Isinglass curtains and detachable screens (new 2005) and a Stamoid top (new 2005).

ENGINE ROOM AND MECHANICAL:
The engine room is accessed through a hatch in the saloon sole and has near standing room between the engines. Other mechanical features include hydraulic steering at both stations, auto fire suppression system, set of spare bronze props, Racor filters and oil change system both engine and gen set. 110v 10 gal. water heater. Sump for a/c condensate, manual and electric bilge pumps. Surflo fresh water pump and accumulation tank
