Cobalt 360 was made famous by 007 in one of
the most recent James Bond movies. The largest
Cobalt ever built, the 360 is unlike anything else
on the water today. The all-new Cobalt 360
performance cruiser brings to the market all the
amenities of a cruiser coupled with all the
performance of a sportboat. Equipped with
dozens of standard features and buoyed by an
options list that ranges from air-conditioning to
a global positioning system/radar in a single
unit, the 360 incorporates classic styling with the
long, clean lines that have defined Cobalt design
for 30 years. The cockpit is a study in comfort
and convenience; the instrumentation is
comprehensive and aircraft-quality. In the cabin
come a table and a berth, a refrigerator/freezer,
a stove, a microwave, and a head compartment
with a shower. The design of the dash carries
some nice surprises: zero-effort engine controls
and Waterfall Bubinga wood with all of its eye
appeal and durability. A carefully tuned hull with
a 22% deadrise stands ready for rough seas. The
360 waits to take you home, safe and
comfortable across the miles, happy in the
company of family and friends. The 360 has
made provisions for big-water missions. A good
performer, twin Mercruiser 8.1-litre 496 HO
stern-drives will cruise the 360 at 35 knots and
top out at around 49 knots.
