General Description

For those sailors that have experienced the awesome power and strength of a racing Maxi either offshore or cruising then it is understood by those the feelings they conjure.
An extensive fit out has converted this maxi into a world cruising yacht that has the capability to sail at any latitude.

The product is a fast, strong and comfortable 85 foot aluminium Maxi designed by the very well know Andre Mauric..

The interior offers a modern saloon dining area, large galley with 3 double forward cabins all with ensuites and large crew accommodations aft. The interior is lightly finished in Blond Cypress and the floors are newly finished in Maple. All areas have adequate volume internally as the 21 foot beam carries well aft.

The deck is a flush, vast and smart looking glued teak that has been fitted in 2004. The centre cock pit comprises of a great out door dining experience for 8 and can be covered with the new Sunbrella bimni. The aft cock pit is the work station containing one grinder and two primary electric working winches surrounded by smaller secondaries. Just aft of the mast is another electric winch for halyards. The baby stay is fixed , the inner forestay/cutter is furling and operated hydraulically as is the furling for the genoa. The transom is well suited for swimming and diving and the garage is a hydraulically operated aft opening door that has the capacity to hold 2 jet skis and a tender.

This vessel was constructed in Aluminum to Bureau Veritas standards with welded transverse frames and water tight bulk heads. A full comprehensive inventory is available on request ,inspections are welcomed .
