This fine vessel is a typical example of the innovative design that we've come accustomed to from Tiara… a 40'er with two legitimate staterooms and with two heads. "HOLY MACKERAL" is loaded with features including retractable fiberglass panels that rise to become a cockpit table or a large sunpad at a touch of a button. The large 30-inch extended swim platform gives you space for an inflatable or even a jet ski! The cockpit area is roomy and has clever access from both sides of the transom. Twin C450 Cummins with only 800 hours of original pampered use will cruise her at 24 knots, and the spacious galley and large salon settee round out this beautiful boat. Owner wants this to be the next Tiara 40 Express sold as he is downsizing and would entertain a quality express boat from 30-34 feet on trade. Please contact us TODAY to preview her, you will not be disappointed.

INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
The stateroom mid-cabin layout includes a large navy leather lounge settee that converts into a two-person berth as well and features a folding dining table, located to starboard as you enter the companionway, just forward of the galley with the upgraded white ash interior timbers. The teak & holly floor adds an elegant nautical touch and makes for easy cleaning. The galley appliances feature a U-line refrigerator and freezer, a microwave/convection oven, a 3-burner electric stovetop, a built-in coffee maker and pressurized hot and cold water with sink. There are two TV's, a VCR, and BOSE lifestyle AM/FM/CD stereo system with 4 speakers to pump out the tunes. Just aft of the salon is the guest stateroom that sleeps two privately with hideaway head and mirrored vanity. The master stateroom is forward with a large queen island berth, port and starboard cedar lined lockers, TV, and private access to the main head, which include a molded-in seat and a separate fully enclosed stall shower, Vacu-flush electric freshwater toilet, vanity with mirror and storage.

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
"HOLY MACKAREL" stands out in the marina with her sparkling gelcoat and impeccable appearance. On the large extended swim/jet ski platform you have access to the rear trunk which is large enough for bicycles, outboard motors or whatever large item you may need to store. Entry to the cockpit is very convenient via either the port or starboard steps that take you to an intelligently designed cockpit with seating for up to 12 with a rear lounge settee, and aft facing lounge, and the electric double wide helm seat next to the companion seat. Unique features are the cockpit panels that rise hydraulically with the touch of a button; they can be used for dining, cocktails or even as a mammoth sun pad. These panels then retract back into the cockpit flush with the floor. What an extremely versatile boat! She sports a day hatch for engine room access located behind the middle aft facing lounge seats, and the cockpit floor also lifts hydraulically for access to the impeccably maintained engine room. The helm features an adjustable electric seat and comfortable ergonomics. Easy-to-read gauges line the top of the dash with electronics neatly arranged in the middle section, all toggle switches front and center, with silky smooth throttle and shift controls. The foredeck provides a sunpad for guests, as well as making getting to access to the bow pulpit and anchor windlass a breeze. The current owner had the radar arch modified to hinge down completely to reduce the bridge clearance to just under 11' for those with fixed-bridge situations, or if you need to transport overland with height restricted highways. The custom Bimini and full isinglass enclosure are only a year old and are in great shape. They provide comfort and protection for cruising, and the marine A/C in the cockpit is something you'll fall in love with! The cockpit sunpad sleeps up to two more if needed. The hull just received a buff and wax and she is gleaming and shining like new. This owner is very detailed oriented and keeps this vessel in top shape.
