SPOTLESS... LIKE NEW... ONLY ONE OWNER... 4-STROKE YAMI'S... NO BOTTOM PAINT, DRY STORED, CUSTOM TOWER... 10" FURUNO NAVNET COLOR GPS/FISHFINDER/RADAR... EXTENDED YAMAHA 5 YEAR FACTORY WARRANTIES UNTIL JULY 2008! <br>
Need I say more? OK, I will...It has been and still is impeccably kept mechanically and cosmetically. With her light blue hull polished to a glistening shine, this boat will make you proud to own her without fail. See the photos to confirm it without question! There are dual livewells, a very custom marlin tower with controls and buggy top, outriggers, bow dodger, bow cushions, bow table, and on and on and on. Own the best example of arguably the best 30' open fisherman ever built, CALL TODAY!

FOREDECK AREA
The new bow dodger canvas is like having a cabin without the permanent loss of space… there are a set of complete as-new cushions to fill the bow in for a bed with the canvas up, or for a sun worshipping station when the dodger is retracted. A padded backrest bolster adds even more comfort. A large and stable solid fiberglass removable table allows for seating of up to 5 around it and drops in flat doubling as the berth filler. Storage forward consists of two deep under-seat storage compartments, a huge in-floor locker/insulated fish box, For your safety there are nice deep gunwales along with the addition of all-welded SS bow rail with dolphin nose. Anchor locker with hawspipe and bow pulpit with roller. Anchor and rode included.

HELM/CONSOLE AREA
The well laid-out helm station keeps things simple and in view. Hydraulic helm steering with a custom SS destroyer ship's wheel with suicide steering knob for easier tight quarters maneuvering or while fighting a big fish. The Furuno 10" NavNet features 4kw color radar, a color recording fishfinder with the optional 1kw thru-hull transducer and the optional transom mount speed sensor, as well as full color GPS with cartography. An Icom VHF finishes off the necessary electronics package. There is a Clarion AM/FM/CD marine receiver with 4 marine speakers for your listening pleasure. Protecting all the electronics is a removable slide-in Plexiglas panel that locks into pace. Built-in welded aluminum footrests are well placed and appreciated on long hauls out to the fish. The leaning post livewell has been customized by eliminating the sink to allow for a larger opening for convenience when retrieving bigger baits such as Gog's for sails and 'runners for swords.

COCKPIT/AFT DECK AREA
There is a fresh water washdown built-in to the rear of the leaning post, as well as two rocket launchers for added rod capacity and two SS handrails for safety. Her wide beam allows for a huge cockpit which is lined with padded bolsters, has rod storage built-in below both gunwales, flush mounted rod holders in the gunwales, a transom door, a huge storage area aft with a removable bin and incredibly easy access to batteries, pumps, and other associated equipment. Two large insulated in-floor fish boxes forward flank the center console, while aft in the transom you'll find a quickly ad easily accessed insulated in-transom fishbox, a fresh water shower hose type washdown, and the large secondary flow-through live baitwell. Deck cleats are the optional SS pop-up versions, keeping all decks clear of line snaggin', fish losin', curse causin' obstructions. All ship's hardware is the finest available. A 5 holder rocket launcher is customized into the rear of the tower. The molded in engine bracket doubles duty as a dive platform and also includes a sturdy SS fold down ladder for easy exit from the water. Fresh water and salt water washdowns complete the cockpit amenities.

MARLIN TOWER FEATURES
The custom tower is beautifully done. This is not your typical 'throw a bare bones station up there on the T-top' type of tower for sure. The original top was not only made longer to accommodate the rear ladder legs (making it incredibly strong and sway free), but was also extended in width for added protection of passengers below. Access it easily on either side as there are opening zippers both port, and starboard, this being uncommon on most non-custom towers. Upper station is complete with tilt-helm hydraulic steering, throttle, and shift controls, and engine monitoring gauges. Surface temp gauge for finding the breaks while running, a compass for keeping on course, a comfortable leaning post backrest which doubles as a seat also, spreader lights, outriggers, a VHF repeater handset, a console cover, and a well designed buggy top for sun protection. All tower canvas is in new condition as are all other areas of this gorgeous fishing battlewagon.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The twin 225 Yamaha 4 strokes need no introduction; they're the package of choice for sure. The optional extended Yamaha warranties cover you all the way through July of 2008 on both engines! Impeccably maintained by a picky owner by one of the best Yamaha service centers in all of Miami. Dual batteries with switches that are remotely mounted in the cockpit for convenience, and flush mounted trim tabs to keep the deep-V 18 degree hull at the optimal running angle for the best ride and performance.

REMARKS
I'll use three words to describe this boat... MINT, MINT, and that's right... MINT! Call today and own the best of the best before someone else beats you to it!
