The Donzi 275 LXC is an entry-level family
cruiser whose narrow beam makes her one of the
largest trailerable express boats ever produced.
Affordably priced, she's built on a deep-V hull
with cored hullsides, a single-piece inner liner,
and a solid fiberglass bottom. The interior of the
Donzi Z27 is more compact than other 27-
footers. The floorplan is arranged with a
convertible dinette/V-berth forward, a second
double berth in the mid-cabin, a well-equipped
galley, and a spacious standup head with hand
shower. There's plenty of headroom in the 27
thanks to her high freeboard and elevated
foredeck. In the cockpit, a walk-through
windshield with molded steps leads to the bow
and an L-shaped lounge aft provides seating for
five. Three hatches in the cockpit sole provide
good access to the engine compartment.
Additional features include windshield vents,
anchor locker, and a cockpit wet bar. A single
7.4L I/O will cruise the Donzi Z27 at 21-22
knots and reach a top speed of about 35 knots.
