General Description

"Chrys Ann" is a sleek family cruiser with a stylish profile and wide-open interior; a very good looking boat, she's built on a conventional modified-V hull with a wide beam, and a well-flared bow. This yacht, which is in excellent condition, has been re-powered ($25,800) with fresh water cooled, 8.1-Liter Mercruiser inboard (V-drive) engines (370-HP) with Mercruiser Smart gauges, only 118-hours of usage, and a transferable warranty until March of 2007. She also has dripless shaft seals (no packing nuts to adjust), and will cruise at 26-knots with a top speed of around 34-knots. Her bi-level cockpit will seat six and includes a built-in wet bar and ice maker, facing aft settees with a removable table that also converts into a sun pad or berth, a well-arranged helm console with a curved instrument cluster (2005 Raymarine C-80 GPS/Chart Plotter/Depth Sounder), walk-through windshield, radar arch, transom door, and an extended swim platform with a transom shower. Below, her mid-cabin accommodations provide berths for six in fore and aft staterooms, each with a draw-curtain for privacy, hanging lockers, and a convertible dinette. There is also a separate, stall-shower in the head (a very pleasant surprise), and 6'4" headroom. The galley is well-appointed with a built-in refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave oven, and very good storage. Additional features also include Cruisair, reverse cycle heat and air conditioning, and a 4-KW Kohler generator with very low hours.
