Accommodations
The salon and living qurters of SEA OATS are entered from the spacious cock pit thru a large stylishly molded sliding glass door. Immediately to the left is the entertainment center which houses a Bose AM/FM CD (6 cd changer)system. Plasma Screen TV, Ice Maker, and DVD PLayer.
Forward to port is a settee which, as all the sofas and seats are, is covered in exquisite leather. Across to the starboard (easily seats 6) is a very large sofa with a hi-lo coffee table.

Forward of that to the starboard side is the dining area which will seat six comfortably. An interesting side note on the dinette is that Maxum elevated it to give a open view of the surrounding waters while dining, another benefit of that is the additional headroom created in the guest quarters immediately below. To the port side is the galley which is up. The arrangement allows the people working in the galley to remain a part of the social activities that are taking place in the salon. Drinks can served over the breakfast bar that separates the galley from the salon.

Down three steps and forward to port are the guest quarters which are equipped with a private head with full shower stall. There are two large single berths w/full size hanging locker and Washer/Dryer. The head is also accessible from the companion way.

Next and forward is the Master suite which also houses an ensuite head and a centerline island Queen bed. There is a full size hanging locker and a six drawer chest which is behind the cherry doors. The Master head is certainly the largest of its' size for a yacht in this category. The head features, as does the other one, Vacuflush, along with a bathtub and full size standing shower enclosure. This head is easily as large as some staterooms on SEA OATS competitors.

Deck & Hull
A large swim platform is one of the real eye catchers for the SEA OATS. The swim platform is large enough to house and locate a personal water craft or a dinghy. Forward through the transom door is the ample size cockpit for afternoon sunning and relaxing.
The molded steps are to the starboard and take you to the largest bridge/party area in the industry. The bridge features ample space for at least ten guests for entertaining and cruising. The skippers helm chair will easily seat three people and is embellished by a wet bar at the rear of the helm. The enclosure is #60 grade eisenglass and is mounted hard top that is part of LTD EDITION series and a big-time extra. The enclosure is full, as is the enclosure around the cockpit below. Forward on the deck there is a very large sunning relaxing padded area for cruising or just hanging out. The Maxwell windlass is surrounded by stainless bow and side rails w/ stainless bumper racks and bumpers. The windlass operates a large Plough anchor w/chain and rode.
