General Description

Creative/Owner Financing is available on this classic 52 ft. Constellation. The "do dilligence" phase of this restoration is complete and she is ready to go.

Double planked mahogony has been stripped, refastened and recaulked with 5200. Twin 8V71 Detroit Diesels have been gone through by factory service rep and hoses,belts gaskets replaced. Engines are in like new condition with 2200 hrs.

Two heads (both have been redone)and a new shower is being installed in the forward head. Three staterooms. Large Main Salon and Extended Pilot house with new wet bar, frig, ice maker, couch, 2 chairs and cocktail table. New canvas and side curtains. 6.5KW generator (recently redone)Radar, Spot light.

All wiring has been checked and new alternators installed as well as new batteries. The 2 AC's have been rehabbed with new cooling pumps. Large Dinette in good shape. Stove top could use repainting. New twin holding tanks are just about completed.

The 14 X 30 extended pilot roof is in as new condition and sets this vessel apart from any other boat in the harbor. She is a Fresh Water boat that is only used 3-4 months of use each year.
