1980 Morgan 462 ketch with Onan 7.5 kw gen-set and good ac,Perkins 154 62 hp that runs great. If you have been following this vessel it has now been contracted for final minor repairs to two remaining stanchions,also the starter on the gen set is being removed and replaced at this time. New solar panel and 2000 watt prosine inverter charger. New bottom job NO blister's. New isotherm frig and freezer. New varnish has been finished. Sails are in outstanding condition, the vessel ready for her new owner and current owner is ready for his next project. All interior cushions and upholstery has been replaced.
Accomodations

The yacht is a strikingly beautiful and extremely comfortable world cruising vessel. The owner has attended to every need and upgraded her well beyond her asking price. This is a wonderful live-aboard!

This is the ultimate family cruising vessel with three separate sleeping cabins plus the main salon. Starting forward aft of the chain locker is a V-berth, shelves outboard, storage under, hanging locker to port and head access to stb. When leaving this stateroom there is another hanging locker to port with a second access to the head from the main salon on stb. The main salon is very comodious with a U-shaped dinette to stb with lockers outboard and large fixed table (new and can convert to a smaller cocktail table). To port is a straight settee with shelf outboard, storage behind and under. Next is the navigation station with large chart table, seat, electric panel and compartment outboard. To stb is a great U-shaped sea galley. Centerline is the companionway to the cockpit. Just off center to port and thru a door is the walkthru to the master cabin, access to the engine compartment, an over and under berth, private access to the aft head and hanging locker. Thru the aft door is the master cabin with hanging locker, seat, reconfigured transverse queen berth and desk. To stb is the private access to the aft head with vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet. The vessel is warm with teak and holly sole throughout, new burgandy cushions in the forward cabin and new blue cushions in the main salon and teak cabinetry throughout.
