General Description

T/T UPTIGHT features the sought after Yamaha 200HPDI outboards making her efficient as well as quick and versatile. She offers a wider beam and an improved single-level deck layout versus the previous 25 from Contender. The optional upgraded fuel capacity (275 gallons) and the integrated bracket rather than the full transom found on the original model adds plenty of fish-able cockpit space at the stern. The owner spared no expense and she is fully loaded with top-of-the-line electronics and a superior almost concert-like stereo system to enjoy around the islands and while underway to your favorite fishing hole. An enlarged custom t-top with outriggers, twin in-deck fishboxes, a 48-gallon in-transom livewell as well as great open-water design rounds out this exceptionally outfitted, almost new, offshore battlewagon.

COCKPIT/DECK LAYOUT
A beamy boat at 8'10" but still made to cut through the water at tournament speed and agility. Known for their proven saltwater angling prowess, Contender considers the hardcore fisherman in this design. From the forward deck to amidship you have a recessed handrail for safety without compromising fishing maneuverability. Forward deck has as fishbox/wet storage compartment as well as twin 225-quart in-deck macerated fishboxes hold your catch. The boat comes with a great sound system, which is heard through 6 speakers two 8" at bow undergunnel, two 6" speakers alongside, and twin BOSE 151 speakers powered by two amps for optimum sound at any volume. There is a 50-gallon freshwater tank with shower hose and also saltwater washdown. Clear livewell at transom holds 48-gallons of circulating and aerated bait and the plentiful (14 total) rod storage holds your rods while the nifty pop-up cleats to keep your lines snag-free. Since she is a tender to a larger boat she has a towing bridle, shorepower and bottom paint.

T-TOP / CONSOLE SPECIFICATIONS
This is a Deluxe T-Top, its wider and longer than normal, has extra grab rails welded on at rear. Features include a pair of Top-Gun Outriggers with the Radial Arms, extra rocket launcher rod holders (6 total), oversized antenna pads and high-end canvas top. The console holds the four (4) batteries with switches and electrical wiring as well as the twin amplifiers for the stereo. Yamaha Digital Gauges line up the helm with a Stainless Steel Wheel with knob and tilt steering, a custom plastic cover protects the electronics dashboard. The custom Leaning Post has a recessed console foot rest and holds a FRIGID RIGID Cooler under the seat, the fixed back has cup holders as well as an additional 4 rod holders. The clear oversized windshield keeps sea spray out of your eyes.

ELECTRONICS SPECIFICATIONS
The Northstar 968 is a multi-use unit with WAAS GPS, sounder, speed & temp sender neatly flush-mounted behind a clear cover on the console face. A Standard Spectrum Horizon VHF Radio and antenna is mounted right next to the Northstar and also easily accessible is the Sony MP3/CD Player/Radio which also features XM Satellite Stereo with twin Amps for the 6 speakers rocks this party/fishing machine! MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
With only 50 hours on her 2003 Yamaha 200 HPDI, both with 5-year Transferable Extended Warranty this boat is just broken in and about as ready to go as you can get for year-old boat. She is a fast and agile fishing machine cruising at 30 Knots and top speed over 45 knots. Yamaha digital gauges provide speed and distance log as well as fuel management functions. Four batteries with parallel switch make sure to power the house, electronics and still leave a battery per engine. Twin 5-gallon oil tanks are in-deck at transom as these HPDI's are more fuel-efficient they are also more oil-efficient as well as quicker out of the hole.
