General Description

Accommodations & Layout

Constellation. Aft cabin is full width with large king berth, cabinets, closets, drawers, decorative window treatments, a head with shower, toliet, sink. Forward of the mast is a guest cabin with upper and lower berths and a straight settee (could sleep another person) and a makeup/computer table, hanging locker and drawers for storage. across the hall is a full bath tub/shower, toilet and sink. Forward are the crew quarters with upper and lower berth, and head, shower and sink.
Carpeting throughout, decorative window treatments, mini-blinds, book shelf in lower salon, a large L-Shaped setteee and two easy chairs for comfort at sea. The pilothouse area has a refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, and lots of storage cabinets. The aft part of this are is covered with black canvas that can be folded down to make a large sun deck area. There is a ladder and swim step on the stern. The decks are teak.
Galley

Galley is down with four burner electric range, double porcelain sinks, microwave oven, upright refrigerator with freezer door on the top. to port (across from the galley) is a galley table with two straight settees that could seat six.

Miscellaneous:

Boat was hauled last year for bottom paint 2005. Ooner states that tanks were replaced 7 years ago. Egine was gone through six months ago. Owner also states that hull was re-fastened.
There is a stainless steel washer and dryer.

Boat needs to be cleaned up-----------removal of the clutter would improve viewing however the boat seems to be in pretty good condition.
I am told the engines run well as does the generator.

Owner really needs to sell so lets have some offers.
