This is one of the cleanest vessels I have ever been on. If there was to be a picture in the dictionary next to the word Bristol it would be a picture of this sailing vessel. She is meticulously maintained by her present owners.

INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
With two berths she sleeps four owners and guests with a dinette that converts to a sleeper for a total of six berths. The master stateroom is forward with a head and shower. The quest state room is aft to starboard.
The galley is to port with an ice box, Tasco 3 burner propane stove with oven. There is a pressure water system and a six gallon stainless steel water heater. âPraise" comes equipped with plates and utensil service for six, cuisinart stainless cookware. She is also equipped with a Pur-Power Survivor water maker.
Two settees, one to port and one to starboard, and 6' 4" head room make for comfortable lounging. A large dinette folds down for dinning. The Nav station is to starboard and has a pull out stool to allow for comfortable plotting and charting.

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

The cockpit is roomy with all controls leading back to it for ease of sailing with an Edson pedestal steerer with brake, engine controls, pedestal guard, teak drink holder and 40" leathered stainless steel destroyer wheel. There is a stainless steel bow pulpit with stainless steel bow anchor roller, a 22# Bruce anchor and a Delta Deep set 35 lbs. new in 2005. A Sim/ Lawr. Electric windless; side stanchions with lifelines; 6-person Avon canister life raft; life jackets; life ring; navigation lights and hinged sand folding 6-stepswim ladder.
There is full canvas and dodger with window covers in very good condition.

ELECTRONICS SPECIFICATIONS
âPraise" come equipped with a Furuno LC-90 Loran with auto pilot interface, ICom 502 VHF radio, Alpha 3000 Auto pilot, Datamarine Link speed & distance logs, SOS emergency beacon, two magnetic compases and one electronic compass, Furuno Fax 208 / A / N Weatherfax, one EPIRBS, 25 mile Furuno 1830 radar, Garmin 2010C color GPS with Chart plotter (New in 2005), Kenwood TKM 707 single side ban radio (150 watts).
Wind speed indicator, Stereo, Digital Barometer (Nimbus) and extensive inventory of charts.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The engine is fresh water cooled, 27 hp Yanmar diesel with a heavy duty Silver Bullet alternator. The drive shat is stainless steel with a Syntron no-leak shaft seal and a feathering Max Prop.
The electrical system consists of both 12v (DC) and 110v (AC). There are four new Optima CCA 750 AH blue top batteries with parallel switch and dockside electrical cables. Battery management system (Quad Cycle & amp hour +2)
There is a manual Halon fire extinguishing system; 3 automatic and manual bilge pumps; tank tender gauge for fuel and water; electric oil change pump; electric fuel transfer pump to day tank.

SAILS & RIGGING

âPraise" is equipped for cruising as well as racing. It has a keel stepped mast ; 1 regular and 4 self-tailing Verient winches ; manual boom vang; 10 Dacron Larsen sails; spinnaker pole; mainsheet traveler.
The mast is a free standing carbon fiber mast with self tacking jib; this rig was made famous by Freedom yachts for ease of handling. This Freedom is also rigged with a conventional headstay for a blade jib, 155% Genoa and storm jib.
Also included is an extensive inventory of hardware and sail repair material. Running backstays (removable) are used for flying the masthead ¾ oz spinnaker which includes a dousing sock. The traditional Gun Mount Spinnaker pole and launching tube are still on the boat for easy and fun spinnaker flying.
The sail inventory includes: Full Battened Main; #1 Genoa; Strom Jib; (2) Masthead Spinnakers; Standard Self Tacking jib; #2 Genoa; (3) Fractional Spinnakers.

REMARKS

This Boat shows new. French sailing author Franc Matte, in his book âThe Top 100 Sailing boats ever made" lists the Freedom 36 as one of these 100 boats. âPraise" was sailed in the 1992 Pacific Cup; she had a late start and finished second in her class.
