General Description

The San Remo is an attractive and spacious double cabin motor yacht built in the Wellcraft tradition for rugged, quality construction at a reasonable price. She has a low sleek profile in spite of her raised deckhouse configuration. The salon is entered down several steps from the sundeck. One is immediately struck voluminous interior with bright fabrics and sweeping S-shaped settees port and starboard. Forward to port is an entertainment center and to starboard a curved breakfast bar with a liquor cabinet and non-intrusive lower helm station. The large galley is down two steps and includes a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, Litton microwave, Princess 2-burner stove, and plenty of counter, cabinet and drawers for storing food and dishes. The guest cabin is forward with a centerline queen berth, decorative designer spread, green curtains, sink and mirror w/Hollywood lights, hanging locker, lots of drawer space for storage and a private entrance to the forward head compartment. The master cabin is aft with an offset queen berth, large escape window with a cloth blind, settee and make-up mirror to starboard and an ensuite head with tub/stall, molded vanity and sink. The fully enclosed bridge is accessed up several molded steps from the sundeck. She has a full cruising instrument package including a Garmin GPS 75, Raytheon V850 Color Echo sounder, Furuno 48 mile radar, Robertson AP200DL autopilot, Raychart 610EST and an Std Horizon VHF. There is a genset and a TNT Lift. Power is provided by twin 375-hp 3208TI Cat's with only 1000 hours. The boat has been well maintained and is ready to go.
