CONSTRUCTION: Marcelo PENNA YACHT is the architect that made the drawings. The construction is in accordance to the rules and regulations of Bureau Véritas. The complete building process is carried out by the shipyard Chantier Naval Hesaro (CNH). The hull is built of steel of the quality „Marine grade A" in one hull design with longitudinal and transverse carriers and individual waterproof sections.
Subdivisions: collision, living section, engine compartment, rear cabin. The superstructures are made of aluminium type 5083 or 5086
Teak Deck: Following areas are covered with teak:
Swimming-platform, rear sitting area, corridors, front area, Fly bridge complete
The teakwood comes from Burma and is according to the yacht standards in the Classical style angle with round battens. The wood laths are 12 mm thick and 45 mm wide. The minimum length is 1,50 meters. The producers of the sealant are SIKA. They inform on thickness and applications.
The sanding decreases in granular carried out in order to achieve a yacht-finish. The teak edge is carried out of high-grade steel 316L. The entire teak surface is in 105 m².

Two fixed stabilizers stabilize the boat in rough seas.
The pilot station is enclosed, big windows guarantee and excellent view.
All elements, necessary for the proper handling of the yacht are included.

The fluid reservoirs are integrated component of the hull.
They are made of 4 mm strong steel and have inner harassment.

A cathodic safeguard of the hull is guaranteed through zinc mice.
The mounting of the zinc mice are welded to the hull, the zinc mice are screwed together.

The preparations for the color coating correspond the
recommendations of the paint manufacturer.
The enamels are of polyurethane.

These are: Generally summarized following carpentry is carried out:
Partition walls made out of veneer, mahogany front panel - The full wood parts have the same coloring as the veneer parts. The floors are from veneer, teak top face with black rabbets.
The floors in the bathrooms and in the galley are from veneer, teak top face with black rabbets.
The walls in the baths are from veneer, mahogany front panel. The walls in the galley are partial of high-grade steel, partial veneer, mahogany front panel. The ceiling coverings are of Alcantara.
The furniture and coverings in the control desk are covered with leather. Fittings are lead into the ceiling - Incorporated furniture of wood - The enamel depositions have silk character. The inner lights, sockets, etc. are of copper or brass polished. The staircases along with rail are of massive wood.

ENGINE OUTFIT AND POWER SUPPLY:
2x diesel Generators: power supply groups of 17 kW and 13 kW, ONAN: Installation of the power supply groups along with accessories through the shipyard-
Air-conditioning equipment: The air-conditioning equipment of the ship is a compressor type produced by Condaria. It can produce either cold or heat. The capability of the A/C is of approx. 150.000 Btu for the entire boat. In every area a sufficient amount of blowers are installed so as to guarantee a maximum comfort. The cooling of the aggregate occurs by means of sea water
Fresh water production: Water-maker: The fresh water is produced out of sea water via AQUASET. The hourly output of the set is of 105 l/h this amounts to a production of 2.400 liters in 24 hours. The desalinization plant is installed in the engine room. Upon request, the water tanks are refilled automatically.
Bow thruster: Bow thruster of the brand Lewmar Type 300 of 24 hp - Tunnel of high-grade steel 300 mm diameter - Propeller high-grade steel, 4 leaved - Electro-Hydraulic controls 2 points of operation (pilot station and Fly bridge). Function check.
