REMINISCENT OF THE CABO RICO 38. She is, in short, a custom-built masterpiece: a tribute to an artist-craftsman's obsession with producing one of the world's finest sailing vessels. Everything about this vessel, from its structure to its detailing, is of the highest quality and built to last several lifetimes. The builder was obviously passionate about this boat, and the owner has been beyond meticulous in care and maintenance.

Accomodations :: The Durbeck 41 represents twenty years of commitment to structural integrity and quality craftsmanship by her builder. Form follows function in this hand-crafted cutter! All of the interior has been built and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The woodwork itself has been done to an excellent standard, with good holding points and good locking on all cupboards. Stowage exists in every nook and cranny available. The joinery and woodwork is perfect. Throughout the boat cabinetry and lockers are accentuated with custom bronze fixtures. Well-ventilated with opening bronze ports throughout. A headroom of 6½ ft, brightwork in key areas and light colors increase the airy openness of the boat.
