General Description

Lady Xanadu was built in an era where luxury motor yachts were truly a breed apart. Distinctive styling and luxurious interiors made them a “head-turner" in any marina. In recent years Lady Xanadu has been used as an upscale dinner/sunset/party cruiser in the Tampa area. She is U.S.C.G. inspected for 49 passengers. Move out a few tables and supplies and it would make a great liveaboard/longrange cruiser. The boat is entered using a retractable boarding ladder on her port side. The fully enclosed pilothouse/sundeck has Plexiglas windows and wing doors. The pilothouse has excellent 360 visibility and a full compliment of cruising electronics. There is also a built in wet bar and liquor storage cabinet on the starboard side along with a SS pedestal captains chair at the helm. The SS ladder gives access to the large bridge area. Bridge electronics include B & G network pilot & VHF, Uniden VHF and Hummingbird depth sounder. The salon is accessed from the port side of the pilothouse helm. One is immediately struck huge living area and the rich teak joiner work throughout. There is a dark vinyl counter around the salon with cabinets underneath and pastel drapers for the wrap-around windows. Immediately to starboard is a comfortable conversation area with a blue love seat and a facing black lacquer Japanese style chair. Forward in the salon to port is a built in bar with a mirror on the forward bulkhead giving the room the feeling of being even larger. The fully equipped starboard side galley is accessed down one step from forward in the salon and includes a refrigerator, Princess 3-burner stove, double SS sinks and a Sharp microwave. The guest stateroom is forward to port with upper/lower berths. The guest head is forward in the bow. The master cabin is aft down 3 steps from the salon. It has a large centerline queen-berth, two closets with mirrored doors, tan drapes and plenty of drawer storage. Just forward of the master cabin to starboard is a third stateroom/office with a lower berth/settee and a fold-down upper berth stored in the wall like a “Murphy" bed. There are cabinets, book shelves and a built in desk. Adjacent to the guest stateroom is the master head compartment with an electric head, molded sink and separate stall shower. Lady Xanadu could use a little cosmetic TLC such as new carpet, hull paint, engine room detailing and sundeck furniture but she is built like a tank and has many more years of faithful service left. Owner is retiring and wants the boat sold now. He says bring all offers.

Accommodations

There are three staterooms. The master cabin is aft with a large centerline queen berth with designer spread, two closets with mirrored doors and plenty of drawer storage. Just forward of the master cabin is a guest cabin that could be used as an office. It has a lower single berth/settee, "Murphy" berth that is stored in the wall, book shelves and a desk. The master and guest staterooms share a head compartment to port which has an electric head, molded sink and a separate stall shower. The third stateroom is forward of the galley and features an upper & lower berth. There is a guest head/day head forward in the bow.
