General Description

From stem to stern she is the cleanest and best maintained 36' I have seen on the coast. Her engine room is one to which you may sleep while taking a break from no issues to handle, as well as from interior to complete exterior - - - THERE ARE NO ISSUES TO HANDLE! This one is literally TURN KEY, SHE EVEN HAS THE FUEL TO GO ANY WHERE YOU WANT TODAY!
This “Grand Banks" is a beautiful example of the Grand Banks 36 Classic. She is in top condition and must be seen by anyone looking for this hard to find model in turn-key condition. She has the same profile as the original GB36 but with 6 inches added to the beam and length which provides a slightly enlarged salon and master stateroom upon the factory upgrade in design. The master stateroom has a stall shower and separate berths, one a Queen size and the other a double and direct access to the cockpit. This version has a fiberglass bow pulpit with twin anchor rollers and full length prop-protecting keel plus a functional mast and boom. The exterior has teak decks with wide walkways. The interior teak joinerwork is virtually flawless. This vessel has been miticulously maintained, it has all the necessary conveniences and is one of the most outstanding Grand Banks on the market today.

BROKERS REMARKS: A beautifully maintained example of this popular trawler. Teak and brightwork is superb, interior is as elegant as the original with a few well-executed improvements. You will not be disappointed in what you find when you come to inspect this vessel. Professionally maintained, and tastefully decorated, this boat is a 10. The Grand Banks Classic Trawler has a reputation for the highest quality construction, economical operation and dependable cruising performance on the market. This Grand Banks has been meticulously maintained and is absolutely spotless. She is a professionally maintained, well cared for vessel that shows true pride of ownership. She's quite likely the nicest GB 36 of her vintage that's available on the market today! Seller has tried previously to sell her and now is motivated as you can tell from the selling price, very low ask v/s the Bristol condition. Motivation has taken lead of any other on the market with consideration of the condition of the Trawler Yacht! You will not be wasting your time invested to preview this one!
