General Description

This Out Island is in much better than average condition, with new main sail (still at the sail-makers shop, Omar's in Beaufort, NC, among the best), newly-installed rebuilt Perkins 4-108, gen-set removed, reconditioned, and re-installed, new bottom paint following blister-repair. This is a great, comfortable cruiser with a walk-through design. It is almost ready for delivery, awaiting the installation of motor and gen set. As you can see from the photos, the cockpit floor was cut out to remove the motor, and the clean engine room is awaiting the motor and gen set. I am returning to NC in 2 weeks to finish the job. I will deliver it anywhere along east coast, gulf coast, or Caribbean. I'd love to sail her again, but living in Colorado makes that difficult to do.
