The lower helm is fully equipped with a complete set of gauges, controls, and a second VHF radio. There is also a Clarion AM/FM radio with a cassette tape player. The vessel has 6 speakers with 2 in the salon, 2 in the forward stateroom and 2 in the cockpit. Forward of the lower helm is a 13" color TV. On the port side of the vessel is a pull out sofa with a table which serves as a dinning area as well as a berth for guest or family. There is a 16,000 BTU air conditioning system to keep the cabin cold on those hot summer days. The galley is down and on the portside. The galley conveniences consist of a Franklin Chef 110 volt 5.5 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, a Princess Optimus 2 burner glass top range, and a Sharp 1200 watt microwave. There is a stainless steel sink and ample counter top and storage space. Forward of the galley is the master stateroom with a V berth and a center insert to make a full size bed. There is a head accessible from the master stateroom. The head has a sink, an electric flush toilet and a combination shower.

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
The Silverton 31 convertible has a very large cockpit which makes an excellent fishing platform. It has a swim platform and a dive ladder which comes in very handy during lobster season. The ladder going to the fly bridge is located on the starboard side. There is a new cockpit cover that has an opening to accommodate the ladder. The fly bridge has a center helm with a captain's chair. The center helm provides excellent visibility while operating the vessel. There is a helm chair on either side of the captain's chair. The fly bridge has aluminum rails that enclose both sides, and the back, of the fly bridge. The fly bridge also has a new blue Bimini top that matches the cockpit cover. Going forward from the cockpit to the fore deck there are aluminum handrails that provide protection when under way. There are sliding side windows on both the port and starboard sides which gives good cross ventilation in the salon. The front windshield and three deck hatches have new white covers. The Silverton has a bow pulpit and a Good windlass with a Danforth type aluminum anchor. Between the windshield and deck hatches there is a recessed area in the deck which has a spare anchor with mounting bracket. There are also brackets for a cooler which can double as a seat. The “Home Again" has a total of 13 rod holders, 3 on the starboard gunwales and 3 on the port gunwales, 1 in the center of the transom and 6 mounted to the rear railing of the fly bridge. The “Home Again" has outriggers and there are kite reels mounted on the railing of the fly bridge.
