General Description

If you are looking for a comfortable, well equipped, cockpit motor yacht, always professionally maintained to yacht standards, look no further. This vessel was recently surveyed and past with flying colors. The turbo charged Caterpillar diesels performed effortlessly throughout the entire RPM range. The Niad stabilizers smoothed the ride almost completely in 5' seas when activated. The hull has recently been recoated with Sterling Linear Polurethane and is near new condition (2004). Decks were checked with a moisture meter and found to be in very sound condition (Refinished June 2005).
This is a turn-key motor yacht. Seller is moving up. Recently reduced from $265k to $245k.

Accommodations
The interior design provides sleeping accommodations for eight persons: Two in the aft master stateroom on a port diagonal queen-sized berth, two in the salon on a starboard convertible settee, two down forward on a port convertible dinette with hi-lo teak table, and two in the forward guest cabin on a full double center berth. The forward cabin also has a forepeak anchor rode locker, a vanity desk and stool, a hanging locker, an overhead hatch, side shelves, a large mirror on the bulkhead, and storage under the berth. The ensuite forward head includes a Vacu-flush head, a vanity cabinet with a wash basin, a shower, and medicine/linen cabinets. Just aft of the forward guest cabin, to starboard, is the fully equipped U-shaped galley with plenty of overhead and base cabinets and to port a convertible dinette.
Continuing aft, three steps up is the salon. As the other cabins - the salon also has beautiful teak and holly soles. To starboard the lower helm station with an extra-width sliding door. Opposite to port a wet bar with liquor cabinet and an ice-maker. The salon also includes two occasional chairs, an aft entertainment center, a Boston Brass mounted clock and barometer, a large convertible settee (all cushioning was recently redecorated with new white Naugahyde), and a teak coffee and side table.

Down aft is the spacious master stateroom which has three hanging lockers, starboard cabinets, vanity, swing-out stool and side shelves. The ensuite head includes another Vacu-flush (both Vacu-flush heads were recently installed), vanity with wash basin, medicine and linen cabinets, and a stall shower with tub.

The completely enclosed sundeck with hard top. This is the prime spot for you and your guests to enjoy the open view and a sunset meal. The sundeck has planked teak sole (refinished July 2005) over fiberglass and is fully enclosed with port and starboard access to the side decks and a built-in wet bar cabinet forward. The sundeck has new hard wood sofas, table, chairs, and Eisenglass wing doors to block the wind which are in near new condition.

From the sun deck, up three steps, a large well appointed flybridge with customized seating. Plenty of seating with storage under, sole level courtesy lights and built-in speakers. Dark blue canvas bimini top with s.s. bows and canvas/clear vinyl fore, aft, and side. A deluxe upholstered (new) helm chair with full swivel and reclining back and two additional forward facing swivel seats.

Down aft, the cockpit also has a recent finished planked teak sole with two hatches to the lazarette. The Northern Lights 8.5kw generator is located far aft under the fishing cockpit sole for maximum isolation and sound insulation. There is wide transom door that allows entree from the swim step and a door from the cockpit to the owners stateroom aft. On the port side of the cockpit is a tackle station with a wash basin and bait tank. There is also a hot and cold washdown shower and a sea-water-washdown fitting.
