General Description

This Grand Banks is a seaworthy tri-cabin trawler built
in Singapore in 1973. The hull is solid mahogany
planking with hardwood frames and teak decks.
The decks provide access to mooring cleats and the
anchor, as well as providing safe walking space
around the entire boat. Handholds are available for
both hands while walking around the decks and inside
the main cabin. From the main deck, one can climb up
to a flying bridge which has a set of engine controls,
instruments, and a radio. The fly bridge has
comfortable seating for 6 people. With no roof,
windows or walls, the view is unobstructed; and the
boat is quiet. Overall, this is a safe and comfortable
craft that is capable of operating in all weather
conditions and at night, with its good visibility and
ample decks, it is excellent for fishing, enjoying
sightseeing and observing wildlife.
