General Description

This Jeanneau Sun Magic was completely refurbished in 2004 using state of the art equipment turning her into
a blue ocean cruiser with all the safety and comfort features you might imagine.
Her bottom was sanded down to the gel coat, primed, barrier coated, and painted with Micron 66, one of the
best anti-fouling paints available.
Her plumbing was updated and all her seacocks, and valves have been replaced by high quality brass ones. A
French Lecomble & Schmitt, instrument friendly, pedestal and hydraulic system, replaced her old mechanical
steering configuration. This provides the highest reliability in a steering mechanism, making the boat more
suited for offshore cruising. Her interior was re-varnished, and re-covered in designer fabrics with attractive
lighting and decorative items. She has been equipped with a complete set of top-of-the-line electronics.
In April 2005 the boat was hauled out, the bottom was re-finished, and the rigging was checked professionally
before making the Atlantic crossing on the ARC Europe Rally.
