General Description

Very well maintained and with low hours this popular Californian Cockpit Motor Yacht is new on the market. With less then 400 hours on her hull and engines this very comfortable and attractive yacht is ready for some cruising. With her conventional two-stateroom interior layout with galley and dinette down, a spacious salon with sleeper/settee, and a large enclosed aft deck she will accommodate you and your guests quite comfortably. Her cockpit will comfort your fishing ambitions and her transom door makes boarding a more civilized procedure. <br>A good sea boat, this 48' Californian will cruise around 16 knots and will reach a top speed around 20 knots.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Her deck layout includes a forward anchoring platform, moderate open foredeck area with a step up modern and traditional cabin with brow and flybridge. She has a stepped up aft cabin, with hard top over the lounge deck and a cockpit area aft with swimstep access. Walkways are provided to port and starboard. Steering and navigation is accomplished at the flybridge topside. A full flybridge wrap around spray guard, full canvas enclosure with Eisenglass is additionally provided.<br>Below deck in the forepeak is the anchor locker followed aft with the forward stateroom. This stateroom is provided an amidship queen berth with an additional custom single berth up to starboard. Plenty of storage space is provided. This guest stateroom provides direct access to the forward head with stall shower. Continueing aft is the dinette area which converts to a double berth. Starboard is the fully equipped galley providing all the modern conveniences. A multitude of drawers and cabinets provide plenty of space to store utensils and provisions. Up two steps is the salon area equipped with a convenient dry bar, mini blinds, and styling entertainment center. Starboard is a L-shaped sofa which converts to an 83" x 53" double berth. Up the after compagnionway is access to the exterior lounge deck, while down the port side companionway is access to the after owners stateroom. Along this compagnionway is a locker with a full size stand up washer/dryer. The owners stateroom is provided with amidship queen berthing and private head to starboard. This master stateroom has plenty of storage. 31 cu. ft. is provided within the 8 drawers and two hanging lockers. Direct access to the cockpit is provided through a sliding door.The cockpit measures 13' x 7' and includes a fiberglass transom door leading to the swim platform. Access to the cockpit is either thru the aft cabin or from the sundeck ladder.
