COMMENTS
The interior of the boat is close to completion. The new owner can opt for a large open plan saloon, with galley down on stbd side and heads and shower port side. The bow area can be used for accommodation. Alternatively one could decrease the size of the saloon and add more accommodation. This boat has lots of potential and was a popular site along the shores of Cape Town. Currently lying in a boatyard in Cape Town Harbour area.

All the above listed equipment is new with the exceptions of the engines which have also done low hours. Top speed is about 22 knots.
