General Description

The high speed all-weather capability of the Sunquest 53 offers excellent performance and comfort underway for the private owner. The solid Colvic Craft built hull offers exceptional sea-keeping qualities and the spacious interior and cabin layout means that 6 persons plus one crew can stay on board in true comfort and without feeling in each others way.

The saloon with bar fridge and entertainment systems makes excellent use of space and features a raised dinette forward and a galley set down to starboard. The master cabin forward is one of the most spacious forward cabins I have seen and has a sizeable en-suite washroom. Both guest cabins are spacious and comfortable and are fully air-conditioned.

The flybridge is a great attraction with centreline steering offering excellent visibility for the skipper, bucket seats for guests and a small fridge and sink unit. Essential for tropical cruising, the whole area has a rigid bimini top offering shade for all, even at full speed.

The saloon doors slide open onto the aft deck which is resplendant in new teak decking. Plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing with a large lazarette holding the generator and access to the engine room. There is a lot of storage on this boat and the layout of the systems and machinery is extremely good.
