The Grand Banks Classic 42 is truly a legend. In production since 1965, these remarkably well thought out boats continue to serve their owners well. In 1991 Grand Banks improved upon an already excellent design and created a new mold for these cruising capable trawlers. Subsequent GB 42 Classics are much faster and more comfortable at sea because of the increased waterline and added beam. Both short and long cruises are more enjoyable because of these improvements. Of course the high quality amenities, sumptuous interior, and twin Catapillar diesels will also impress the most discerning of buyers as well.
