This motoryacht styled Holiday Mansion is laid out well and is optioned out in way of power with Volvo diesels (185 hp each) with only 140 hours original, 11.5kw generator with 90 hours, bow thruster by Volvo, full galley, sleeps up to eight guest(set up for 6 current), two large and private heads with showers and they are large. A must see for anyone looking for a liveaboard or coastal cruiser with luxury appointments. A distinctive, spacious, luxury coastal cruiser that has had very light usage.

BROKERS REMARKS: All I can say is WOW ! This boat has very low hours. Seller purchased up north and had her brought down and has used her for a very nice condo while he travels with the family. He has since sold all vacation properties, including one locally, and is retiring to the north and now wants the boat sold! A very loaded 49 ft motoryacht. When all other have gas engines, this one has diesel engines! Why even consider a gas powered 49' yacht without with the price set where she is, SHE IS A BUY; SELLER WILL CONSIDER OFFERS ON TOP OF THE LOW ASK PRICE! Some small items on my punch list need attention, but all are low dollar compared to the ask price. Seller has set the price low to amend for the things that need to be renewed. This includes: flybridge canvas needs to be tuned or replaced, flybridge a little sun faded, but a small task to renew and make above average, engine room needs to be detailed but that is small issue, interior is above average, mechanical room to be straightened up a little. All items mentioned are small issues and I do not feel they would impair the boat's value at the ask price that has been set. Again, not a lot of things that need to be done, a very nice yacht for someone wanting a deal on diesel powered 49'. The is on the yard now having all systems checked and some small transom scrap's repaired; she will be back in the water soon. ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED. SELLER MOTIVATED TO CLOSE.

Accommodations
What a yacht, stepping onto the aft deck that is large enough to hold a social party with access to engines and generator below with wide side-decks to forward both on port and starboard, with access steps up to upper party deck which holds the davit lift (winch controlled) with dinghy, then forward up to flybridge with massive seating, icemaker, full array of operational controls and gauges, full bimini top cover with windlass controls, back down to aft deck and thru aft entry into the aft seating/berthing area. Currently the aft area of the interior is set up as a sitting area with futon that converts to sleep two adults but has been mainly used as a sitting and reading area with full head to starboard with large walk-in door with separate vanity, head and wrap-around shower lead sheet to make a private shower so you may shower with a load of guest, back out the large galley to port â�� L-shaped with home size fridge freezer with massive stowage compartments to handle any food storage you need on long cruises, and then across to a large and inviting dinette that seats up to eight (6 to 8) and does not convert currently but can be made to easily with two high low supports and then you have berthing for up to eight adults, control panel is located there as well for ease of use and location, up steps to salon with a large sofa to port that converts to sleep two with two day chairs to starboard with Entertainment area as well as great floor space to be comfortable with excellent views throughout, then down a spiral stairwell to the master cabin to forward with a large walk-in head with separate stall shower and vanity, with great storage compartments. At the base of the stairwell is an access door that come off and gives you access to the mechanical room that hold batteries, two water heaters and all rigging and electrical components. As you may tell that all of these were built custom for the buyers and this one is laid out well and can be made to fit any taste cost effectively. Add soft goods and you have yourself a nice yacht and one of a kind.
