General Description

Berrimilla s hull and deck were built by Bob Hodgkiss Marine (Sydney in 1979). She was later purchased by a builders carpenter who completed the construction and fitout. She was refitted for extensive cruising in 2000 when purchased by her current owner.

Features of this bridge deck catamaran include a balsa core deck, Solid fibreglass hulls to the water-line and then balsa core above, retractable rudders as well as wheel and cable steering with reduction gearing.

Some maintenance history includes:

Nanni diesel motor installed with manual retractable shaft and prop
