General Description

Lingtong is a traditional Thai style solid timber motor yacht that was launched in 2003 and built primarily for pleasure fishing and family cruising. She is round bilged, carvel planked on sawn frames and has been constructed with a eye for a long life. She is very strongly built and good quality fittings and fixings have been used throughout.

The yacht is powered by a very reliable Cummins six cylinder 450 Hp main engine that has less than 300 hours on it. Providing power for airconditioning etc are two generators, an Onan 27Kw and another 33Kw unit, both in excellent running order. Other machinery includes a 2200 liter per day watermaker. Access to all areas of the hull is very good.

Interior is all in solid local timber and highly varnished. Workmanship throughout this yacht is of a very high standard and it is apparent the moment you walk aboard. As a private yacht or as a commercial passenger vessel, this boat is capable of both roles. She has very pleasing lines and a sea kindly motion.
