General Description

The 31 Express is an exceptional offshore fishing machine built in the Cabo tradition for premium engineering, rugged upscale construction all at an affordable price. Her unique design sets it apart from other boats in her class with an easy-riding deep V-hull, wide beam and relatively sharp entry. She are set up with the serious angler in mind but still offers an upscale cabin which is surprisingly spacious with accommodations for four adults, complete galley and an enclosed head with standup head and shower. There is a large free deck space to accommodate several active fishermen, large in-deck fish box, live well, under-gunwale rod storage, coaming bolsters, rocket launches, transom bait prep area, transom door with gate, tackle station and fresh & saltwater washdowns. The helm deck has a hardtop with full Eisenglass dropdown enclosures, double captains seat, double companion seat, chart table, ice maker and facing single seats. The entire bridge deck can be hydraulically raised to access the motors and generator. She has a complete compliment of fishing and navigation electronics including Furuno radar, Furuno color sounder, Northstar 951X GPS, Standard Horizon VHF and a Richie compass. Power is provided by twin 350-hp 3116TA Caterpillars (600 hours) which gives a comfortable cruising speed around 26 knots and a top end of 30+ knots.
